Almega Property Management was created in 2011 to manage our own portfolio of investment properties. First and foremost, we think like investors and understand what is required to ensure each investment is profitable. Where we can increase revenue or reduce expenses, we will do so. We have fixed A LOT of toilets, managed rowdy tenants, dealt with disrespectful neighbours, and almost memorized the Landlord / Tenant Act. We have also completed many renovations where we felt doing so would increase profits or improve the quality of tenant. We have been in the property management business for over 4 years and specialize in the management of single family homes, multi-family buildings, apartments, condominiums and commercial buildings. Whether you live in Toronto or overseas, we understand that your time is valuable and coordinating maintenance with both contactors, tenants and building managers is likely not at the top of your to do list. Our team of professionals can work with these third parties to ensure your property is well taken care of. Furthermore, our longstanding relationships with contractors allows us to negotiate better rates for their services, which is passed on to you.

We also take the hassle out of accounting and rent collections. We deal with collecting rent from the tenant(s). Each month you receive a direct deposit from Almega, not the tenant, along with an income statement outlining the revenues and any expenses that were incurred that month. There will be no tenants contacting you with monthly excuses as to why their rent is late or requests for a reduction in their rent.

Our professionalism extends to both parties; owner and tenant. We know the importance of keeping tenants happy so they treat your investment with respect and reside there long-term.

Our annual fee for our all-inclusive property management service is less than a realtor charges, just to find a tenant. Remember, by using a realtor, it is up to you as the investor to manage the property.
